1. Voluntary 120-Day Return Guarantee

Independent of your statutory right of withdrawal, PALANDOS grants a voluntary 120-day return guarantee for unused rackets.

The period for the voluntary return guarantee is 150 days from receipt of the goods.

2. Prerequisites for Return

The voluntary 120-day return guarantee applies exclusively to rackets that:

• are unused

• show no signs of use

• are not damaged

• are returned complete

• are returned, if possible, in their original packaging and with any existing accessories

3. Exclusion of the Voluntary Guarantee

The voluntary 120-day return guarantee explicitly excludes rackets that:

• have been used

• are damaged

• have been individualized or altered

• show signs of use that go beyond a customary inspection

4. Return Process

To claim the voluntary 120-day return guarantee, simply send a message to info@palandos.de stating your order number.

Upon receipt of your inquiry, we will inform you of the further return steps.

5. Return Shipping Costs and Refund

You bear the costs of return shipping under the voluntary 120-day return guarantee, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method used, unless a different agreement has been made.

6. Important Note

The voluntary 120-day return guarantee applies in addition to your statutory rights. Your statutory right of withdrawal is neither restricted nor replaced by this voluntary guarantee. Such an additional dealer guarantee must remain legally separate from the statutory right of withdrawal.
