Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Germany and to selected EU countries.

For deliveries outside Germany, please contact us at info@palandos.de.

After receipt of payment and order confirmation, the following delivery times apply:

Germany: 2 to 5 business days

After shipping, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link, if available for your order.

Germany: free shipping

We ship with DHL, DPD, or GLS, depending on availability and delivery country.

After shipping, you will receive a notification with the respective shipping provider and your tracking number.

In exceptional circumstances, such as strikes, force majeure, or unusually high order volumes, delivery times may be delayed.

In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible by email.

Should your package arrive damaged or contain an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@palandos.de.

Please include your order number and, if possible, send a photo. We will work to find a solution as quickly as possible.
